We are looking for an Accredited Occupational Therapist to join our Brisbane team. This role offers the perfect mix of "hands-on" community home assessments and office-based clinical planning.

Position Details

• Type: Permanent Part-Time (2 Days per week).
• Location: Office-based in Brisbane North/South (2 days) + local community visits.
• Focus: Support at Home assessments, home modifications, and assistive technology (AT) prescriptions.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct complex functional home assessments to support independent living.
• Prescribe and oversee the installation of home modifications and assistive technology.
• Utilise two dedicated office days to finalize clinical reports, collaborate with Care Partners, and manage client goals in our clinical system.
• Provide clinical supervision or peer support to our broader care team as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Accreditation: Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• First Aid & CPR Certificate, Australian Criminal History Check
• Experience: 5+ years of experience (Senior level), preferably with knowledge of the aged care sector or community health.
• Expertise: Proficiency in ADL assessments and a strong understanding of the Support at Home framework.
• Tech Savvy: High level of comfort with Excel-based clinical tracking and digital documentation.
• Requirements: Reliable vehicle, valid Driver’s License, and relevant police/screening clearances.
