What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting clients with personal care such as showering, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Assisting with daily living tasks, including meal preparation and routine activities
• Offering companionship, reassurance, and social connection
• Completing light household duties like cleaning, laundry, and meal prep
• Following individualised care plans and keeping accurate progress notes
• Working alongside our coordinators and clinical team to ensure safe, consistent support

Who You Are

You’re someone who finds purpose in helping others live well. You bring:

• Genuine empathy, patience, and dependability
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Comfort working independently in clients’ homes
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs throughout the day

What You’ll Need

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Home & Community Care, or current studies in nursing/health
• Current First Aid & CPR
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Full working rights in Australia
