Female Disability Support Worker – Gold Coast North

We are currently seeking experienced Female Disability Support Workers to provide high-quality support to a female NDIS participant located in Gold Coast North.

This is a rewarding opportunity for a compassionate, reliable, and experienced support worker who is passionate about empowering people living with disability to live independently and safely within their home and community.

Competitive rates based on shift type

You will provide person-centred support tailored to the participant’s individual needs. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assistance with personal care

• Medication administration

• Manual handling, including hoisting and transfers

• Support with domestic tasks

• Working in a team environment with Competency managed by our skilled nurses 

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III in Individual Support / Disability 

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)

• NDIS Orientation Module Certificate completed

• National Police Check (within the last 12 months)

• Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle

• Ability to provide two professional references

• Availability to work on a 7 day roster within a team environment including active overnights
