We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Enrolled Nurse to join our care team and provide high-quality support to clients in their homes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in personal care, manual handling, Medication Assistance and supporting clients with daily living activities while promoting their

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care support
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers using safe manual handling techniques
• Support clients with daily routines and encourage independence where possible
• Monitor client wellbeing and report any changes or concerns to the care team
• Medication Assistance
• Follow individual care plans and workplace health and safety procedures
• Provide respectful, person-centred, and compassionate care
• Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation as required

• Current Enrolled Nurse registration
• Experience in personal care and in-home/community care preferred
• Strong manual handling skills and knowledge of safe transfer techniques
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Valid police check or willingness to obtain one
• NDIS Worker Screening Check preferred
• Reliable, caring, and professional attitude
• Good communication skills
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle preferred
