Celebrating Our 2025 Caregiver of the Year

At Right at Home, our caregivers are the heart of everything we do. Each day, they bring compassion, dedication, and professionalism into the homes of older Australians, supporting independence and dignity. Every year, we take the opportunity to celebrate the outstanding individuals who go above and beyond in their role.

This year, we received many submissions from Right at Home offices all across Australia. The calibre of nominations was truly inspiring, making it very difficult to narrow down the competition. Each story reflected the incredible difference our caregivers make in their clients’ lives.

This year, we are delighted to announce our 2025 Caregiver of the Year!

Her warmth, patience, and tireless commitment to clients have made a profound impact not only on those she cares for but also on their families and our wider community. She is recognised by her colleagues and clients alike as someone who consistently goes the extra mile to ensure others feel safe, respected, and truly at home.

While only one person takes home the title, this award is a reflection of the incredible work done by caregivers across our national network. From early mornings to late evenings, they provide not just practical assistance, but also companionship, encouragement, and peace of mind for families.
