We are currently welcoming dedicated, reliable Support Workers to join our casual team throughout the Scenic Rim and surrounding communities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Personal care support — assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• High‑needs personal care — including mobility assistance and falls‑risk awareness
• Community participation — helping clients attend appointments, social outings, and local programs
• Domestic assistance — cleaning, laundry, meal preparation
• Companionship — offering emotional support, conversation, and meaningful social connection
• Mental‑health informed care — recognising behavioural cues and responding calmly and respectfully
• Care documentation — following individualised plans and accurately recording services
• Team collaboration — working closely with coordinators and clinical staff to ensure safe, high‑quality support

About You

You’re someone who genuinely cares about improving the lives of others. You bring:

• Empathy and patience
• Clear communication skills
• Confidence working independently in clients’ homes and the community
• Adaptability to meet changing client needs

Requirements

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or current health‑related studies
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Full Australian working rights
