Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of people living with disability? Right at Home Gold Coast is seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.

Location: Gold Coast North and Gold Coast South
Employment Type: Casual with flexible hours available across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts.

About the Role

You will provide person-centred support to NDIS participants in their homes and within the community, assisting with:

• Personal care and daily living activities
• Domestic assistance and meal preparation
• Community access, appointments, and social participation
• Goal-focused support to promote independence and wellbeing
• Documentation and reporting requirements

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, or similar
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• Current Driver Licence and reliable insured vehicle
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• National Police Check (current)
• Smartphone and internet access
• Australian working rights

Desirable

• Experience in disability, aged care, community services, mental health, or healthcare
• Experience supporting participants with complex care or behavioural support needs
