Our service include, aged and disability care, transitional care, hospital in the home and palliative care. We are currently seeking experienced personal and domestic care workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high quality service. Our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independently at home.

Note: Candidates will be required to provide a National Police Check in accordance with Right at Home employment and security conditions. Please note to apply for this position you must have the right to work in Australia.

• Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification and/or experience
• Certificate III in Disability
• Experience working in community setting, particularly with intellectual and physical disabilities
• A current First Aid certificate & resuscitation certificate
• Willingness to undergo a Criminal History Record check
• Willingness to obtain a Bluecard & Yellow Card (Disability Services Positive Notice Card)
• Willingness to work flexible hours to meet operational requirements which includes night shift & weekends
• Be physically fit to undertake the inherent physical requirements of the role
• A Driver's License is essential.
