We have exciting new opportunities to join our team as Disability Support Workers, providing support in-home for clients/NDIS participants living with Disabilities, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar and other disability & health issues. We are seeking individuals that are enthusiastic, caring, compassionate, respectful and can complete personal care as well as domestic duties.

The role will initially be offered on a casual basis, however, based on performance the opportunity for Permanent Part-Time may become available.

Right at Home Southwest Victoria is a new home care provider in Victoria, however are well established in Australia. Right at Home Southwest Victoria strive to provide high quality in-home care services and assistance to our valued clients in the Southern area of Victoria. We support people living with Alzheimer’s, dementia and cognitive decline, disabilities, post-operative care needs and older Australians. Our services help clients remain safe and independent in their own homes. Our mission to improve the quality of life for those we serve.

• Have Individual Support (Disability) Certificate III or higher.
• Have experience working with people with disability who have high support needs.
• Demonstrate an understanding of incident reporting, quality documentation, complaints handling, and complex behaviour strategic support.
• Good roster availability.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude.
• Own vehicle with comprehensive insurance and willingness to use for work purposes.
• Current CPR & First Aid Certificate.
• Current Open Drivers Licence.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check Card.
• Full COVID-19 vaccine (Digital COVID Vaccine Certificate.
