We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People and Culture Manager to join our Executive Leadership Team. Reporting to the General Manager, this pivotal role is responsible for leading and integrating our people & workforce management, strategic planning, marketing, change & communications functions. People and Culture Manager will drive strategic initiatives that align with our mission, vision, and values, fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement to lead our transformation agenda with sustainable results.
