We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Personal Care Worker to provide high-quality, client-centred support to individuals in their home within the Randwick and surrounding areas.

In this role, you will assist clients with their daily living needs, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and comfort in a safe and supportive environment.

Your duties will include personal care such as showering, grooming, and hygiene support, as well as assisting with light domestic tasks including cleaning and maintaining a tidy home. You will also support clients with community access, including transporting them to appointments and outings, so a valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle are essential.

You will be expected to build a positive rapport with clients, follow care plans, and communicate effectively with the wider care team to ensure the best outcomes for the client.

• Valid driver’s liscence and own car (essential)
• Cert III or IV in Ageing Individual Support/ Disability  
• Up to date First Aid Cpr
• Relevant checks ( Police Check)

• Experience in personal care (showering, grooming, hygiene support)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients

• Good time management and organisational skills
• Understanding of aged care / disability support practices
• Ability to follow care plans and report any changes
