As a Registered Nurse in our aged care facility, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join or team. as a Registered nurse you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and advocating for the well-being of our patients.

RESPONSABILITIES

Assessing patient health problems and needs

Developing and implementing nursing care plans

Administering medications and treatments

Monitoring and evaluating patient progress

Educating patients and their families on healthcare issues

Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

Maintaining accurate patient records

Adhering to legal and ethical standards of nursing

Qualifications

Requirements: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing Proven experience as a Registered Nurse Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training
