We have part time and full time positions available working in the Perth Northern and Perth West Coast suburbs.

About The Role:

Assess patients physical abilities, medical history and fucntional limitations
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings
Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy
Collaborate with other healthcare professional to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
Advice on and demonstrate proper use of mobility aids and assistive devices
General administration for documentation relating to client care and in alignment with AHPRA regulations and legislation

Current AHPRA registered
First Aid & CPR
Australian National Police check
Professional Indemnity Insurance
Experienced in assessing and planning care needs within the community
Valid Driver's Licence and reliable presentable car
