Scheduling Officer – Full Time (Monday–Friday + On-Call Rotation)

We are currently seeking a dedicated Scheduling Officer to join our team.

About the Role

As a Scheduling Officer, you will play a key role in coordinating client care by managing staff rosters and ensuring the right caregivers are matched to each client’s individual needs and personality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage staff rosters using our digital scheduling system
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain data integrity
  • Communicate effectively with clients and the Care Team via phone and email
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Troubleshoot scheduling issues and resolve conflicts efficiently
  • Collaborate with the Care Management team to ensure optimal client outcomes

Qualifications

  • Certificate III in Aged Care, or Disability Services-highly regarded.
  • Current Australian National Police check
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening-Blue and Yellow card
  • NDIS Orientation module
  • Smart mobile phone
  • Driver's license and your own reliable registered vehicle
  • Full Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance

  • High level of computer literacy, including experience with Enterprise Management Software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe.
  • Experience in scheduling and coordinating tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached, with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
