Registered Nurse – Support at Home

Community-Based | Clinical Leadership Role

Support at Home is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our community care team, delivering high-quality clinical support to clients in their own homes.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide clinical oversight and support to clients and care staff, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care in the community.

You will play a key role in managing clinical needs, including catheter care and other complex health requirements, while mentoring and supporting Care Partners and care staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering and overseeing clinical care for clients in their homes
  • Providing expertise in catheter care and management
  • Supporting, mentoring, and guiding care staff
  • Conducting clinical assessments and care planning
  • Monitoring client outcomes and ensuring compliance with standards

About You

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Demonstrated experience in community or aged care nursing
  • Proven competency in catheter care and clinical procedures
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Essential Requirements

  • Current Driver’s Licence and reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
  • National Police Check (within 3 years)
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Australian work rights
