Current vacancy for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Worker with experience providing high-quality, holistic care across aged care, disability support, transitional care, palliative care, and Hospital in the Home setting.

Committed to empowering clients to maintain independence in their own homes while enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities & Capabilities

• Deliver personal and domestic care in line with individual care plans
• Provide holistic support across aged care, disability, transitional, and palliative care settings
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients through compassionate and respectful care
• Promote client independence, dignity, and wellbeing in a home-based environment
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting
• Manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a dynamic, community-based environment
• Adapt to changing client needs with flexibility and professionalism
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in aged care and/or disability support
• Ability to provide both personal and domestic care
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
• A genuine passion for caring for and empowering others
• Willingness to travel across the Brisbane Bayside region 
• Current Australian National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Commitment to ongoing learning and development

• Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability Services
• Satisfactory Australian National Police check
• Current or willing to obtain a first aid and CPR certificate
• Smart mobile phone
• Driver’s licence and their own care
