The successful candidate will coordinate, manage, and administer the delivery of care services to our clients.

This role is responsible for:

• Manage the rostering function on Visual Care.
• Coordinate, negotiate and schedule daily staffing allocations to ensure all shifts are filled.
• Maintain and update the casual employee’s roster.
• Provide high level administrative support on a variety of other staffing and rostering related tasks as required.
• Coordinate the provision of quality person centred care according to the client's needs, service/care plans and available funding in accordance with budget
• General administration with respect to tasks performed
• Assisting with the enquires via phone and walk in enquires
