You will provide in-home support to older clients, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.

• Provide companionship and social support.

• Assist with light domestic duties, laundry, and meal preparation.

• Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, and community activities.

• Follow individual care plans and report any concerns to the Care Manager.

• Respect clients' dignity, privacy, and independence at all times.

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing or equivalent) or a relevant qualification.

• Previous aged care or home care experience preferred.

• Current First Aid and CPR certificates are desirable.

• Current National Police Check 

• Valid driver's licence ,comprehensive Insurance and access to a reliable vehicle.

• Good communication skills and a caring, professional attitude.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
