Description

Are you a Registered Nurse who is looking to work in Community Aged Care? If so, Right at Home Townsville is looking for a Full Time Registered Nurse to join our fast paced community organisation.

Key responsibilities

Knowledge of Aged Care and Community Care Sector, Community Care Common Standards
Proven ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care and services for clients in the In-Home Community Care environment
Ability to undertake holistic assessments and create risk informed person-centred care plans
Experienced in wound care, medication management, continence care
Proficient in Microsoft Suite

About you

Current Registration with AHPRA
Minimum 2 years experience in Aged Care/Community Nursing including knowledge and understanding of Home Care Packages
Experience in Wound and Catheter care
Problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Compassion and enthusiasm, with a friendly approach
Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
A current Australian driver’s licence
Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
Current National Police check
Current first aid and CPR certificate
