We are seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Workers to support our clients in their homes and help them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. You will provide person-centred care tailored to each client’s needs, in accordance with care plans and organisational policies.

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Assistant in nursing or equivalent 

• Current Police Check

• First Aid & CPR certificate

• Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (not required but preferred) 

• Right to work in Australia

• Assist clients with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)

• Support with mobility and transfers (including use of aids if required)

• Provide assistance with daily living activities (meal preparation, light housekeeping)

• Support clients with medication prompting (where authorised)

• Assist with transportation to appointments or community activities

• Observe, monitor, and report changes in clients’ condition or wellbeing

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes

• Build respectful and trusting relationships with clients and families

• Follow WHS, infection control, and organisational policies at all times
