We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, has a strong administrative background, and wants to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:

Help ensure compliance with Fair Work and SCHADS Award guidelines

Manage end-to-end recruitment of care staff and office staff (advertising, screening, interviewing).

Complete compliance checks: right-to-work, references, training.

Coordinate staff onboarding and induction training.

Maintain HR records in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements.

Monitor and arrange mandatory training and refresher courses.

Handle employee relations issues (absence, performance, complaints).

Conduct probation reviews and support appraisals.
- Promote staff wellbeing, engagement, and retention initiatives.
