We can’t believe that it’s already Movember! Where did 2022 go? In all seriousness, Movember is one of the most important and impactful campaigns leading the fight against cancer and Mental Health concerns.

Take part this Movember in the fight against prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and men’s mental health and suicide. With more ways than ever to raise funds, there is now more ways to help save men’s lives while having fun.

Founded in 2003, Movember is calling on Australians to:

• Grow a Moustache: Your face will raise funds and awareness for men’s health.
• Move for Movember: Run or walk 60km (60 miles for Mo’s in the USA) over the month, for the 60 men we lose to suicide every hour across the world.
• Host a Mo-Ment: Rally a crew, online or in-person, to raise the roof and raise donations.
• Mo Your Own Way: A choose-your-own-adventure challenge, epic in size and impact.
