Enrolled Nurse Coordinator

Description

Join our mission-driven team at Right at Home! We are dedicated to providing exceptional, person-centered in-home care that empowers our clients to live safely and independently. We are looking for a passionate and clinically skilled Enrolled Nurse Coordinator to play a pivotal, "mission-critical" role where you will shape the quality of our care, lead our caregiver team, and ensure an outstanding experience for our clients.

This dynamic role blends hands-on clinical work with leadership and coordination. You will be responsible for conducting in-home client assessments, developing personalised care plans, and performing nursing care within your AHPRA scope. Beyond direct client care, you will serve as the clinical leader, mentoring and developing our dedicated caregiver team, managing staff and training, and ensuring all services meet the highest standards of compliance and quality.

You will also utilise our CRM system (VisualCare) for scheduling and documentation, represent Right at Home at community events, and contribute to continuous business improvement. If you are an Enrolled Nurse ready to step into a varied and impactful role that fully utilises your clinical and leadership skills, this is the opportunity for you.

Qualifications

Essential:

    • Current AHPRA Registration as an Enrolled Nurse.

    • Proven experience in assessing, planning, and evaluating care within an aged care or community in-home care setting.

    • Knowledge of the Aged Care sector, relevant legislation, and quality standards.

    • Current Australian Driver’s Licence and a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.

    • Australian Federal Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).

Desirable:

    • A relevant tertiary qualification in Aged Care or Management.

    • A certificate in a specific nursing discipline such as Dementia care, geriatric nursing, or palliative care.

Preferred Skills

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates:

  • Clinical Leadership & Mentoring: A proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of caregivers, fostering a supportive and collaborative 'team approach' culture.

  • Exceptional Communication: Superior interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) to build trust and rapport with clients, families, and team members.

  • Systems & Compliance Mindset: The ability to develop and implement care standards, maintain accurate documentation in our CRM, and ensure operations comply with all regulatory requirements.

  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills to manage a complex workload and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Community Engagement: A proactive approach to networking and representing the company positively at community events and with referral partners.

  • Values Alignment: A commitment to our core values of Service Excellence, Innovative Thinking, Absolute Integrity, and creating a positive, energetic work environment.
