Are you a compassionate, reliable, and professional support worker looking to have a real impact? We’re currently seeking Female Disability Support Workers to provide person-centred 24/7 care in a participant’s home in Tweed Heads, NSW.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and experienced team in delivering meaningful care that enhances independence, safety, and quality of life.
We are seeking a 24/7 care team to support an individual participant. Shifts will rotate across weekdays, weekends, and passive overnight stays.
Shift Structure:
Morning: 6:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Afternoon: 12:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Evening + Passive Sleepover: 6:00 PM – Sleepover - 6:00 AM

Assisting with personal care and hygiene needs
Supporting mobility and safe transfers using Sara Stedy
Providing medication prompts and monitoring
Meal preparation and support with nutrition
Light domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry)
Encouraging social engagement and community access
Documenting progress and reporting health changes
Certificate III in Disability or Individual Support (or equivalent)
Current First Aid & CPR (HLTAID011 or HLTAID003)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
National Police Check
Minimum 12 months of disability support experience (paid or lived)
Valid Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle (preferred)
Full working rights in Australia
