Responsibilities:

  • Handle various accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and efficiently.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Generate financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members regarding financial matters.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in accounting or related field for at least 3 years
  • Competency in XERO software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of home care services industry is a plus.
