Right at Home Brisbane Bayside (office located in Manly QLD) is recruiting experienced Support Workers for our clients.

Our services include: personal care, socialisation, nursing care and more - all provided in our clients' own homes.

The successful candidates will have a strong background in Community Care and will thrive on working in a close-knit team and have a passion for delivering the highest quality in client care.

Key requirements:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care equivalents) - mandatory
• At least three years' relevant experience, including with dementia or other disorders affecting cognitive abilities
• Professionalism, a good reputation & respect for our staff, clients and their families
• Well presented, reliable and resilient
• It is also essential to have good judgment, quick decision-making and excellent communication skills
• Current National Police Clearance
• Current Blue card
• Yellow card highly desirable
• Current First Aid and CPR qualifications, or willing to obtain

• Driver's licence and your own reliable car
