She enjoys being of assistance to her community, supporting older Australians and disabled adults live independently and safely in their own homes for as long as they wish, and providing that safe middle ground where family members can continue to work and get on with their lives knowing that their loved ones are well supported and being taken care of in their own homes.

Tecla has extensive knowledge and experience in the health care industry, particularly in aged care. She brings over 20 years of experience in clinical leadership as a midwife, a Registered Nurse, care and services management and aged care consultancy. She prides herself and her business on the cultural diversity her franchise brings. Tecla is passionate about the elderly and supporting their choice of wanting to live independently in the places they call home. Her main objective is to see the elderly living independently, safely and joyfully even in the most fragile stage of their lives.

Andrew is an accountant by profession, who has over 30 years of experience managing business operations both overseas and here in Australia. He worked with the United Nations Development Program in Zimbabwe as an Accountant for 15 years before moving to Australia.

Andrew was exposed to the aged care industry by way of a family business and has accumulated a lot of experience over the years. He prides himself on the cultural diversity that the Right at Home franchise brings.  Andrew is also passionate about the elderly and their choice of wanting to live independently with the objective of seeing the elderly living independently, safely and joyfully in the most fragile stage of their lives. He also prides himself on relieving families from the pressure of caring for loved ones.
