Deliver personal care and daily living assistance, following each client’s Care Plan.
Support with personal hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and toileting.
Work alongside Registered Nurses to provide high-quality, tailored care.
Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and the care team.
Assist with light household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
Record accurate daily client notes and report concerns promptly.
Support safe use of mobility aids, exercise routines, and non-sterile dressings under RN guidance.

Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability (or equivalent).
Current Senior First Aid (HLTAID011), CPR (HLTAID009) and Manual Handling (HLTWHS005) (with at least 3+ months until expiry).
Roadworthy, insured vehicle and a current Australian driver licence.
Recent Federal Police Clearance (within the last 6 months).
Flexibility to travel and adapt to varied shifts.
Strong communication skills, with empathy and patience.
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Knowledge of privacy, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.
Understanding of person-centred care principles.
Awareness of safety, infection control, and emergency procedures.
Problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
Multilingual skills highly regarded.
