Key Responsibilities

Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability (or equivalent)
Current Senior First Aid (HLTAID011), CPR (HLTAID009), and Manual Handling (HLTWHS005) (valid for at least 3+ months).
Roadworthy, insured vehicle and a current Australian driver’s licence.
Federal Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months).
Reliable, insured vehicle and valid Australian driver’s licence.
Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Knowledge of NDIS, aged care, or mental health systems.
