We are currently seeking reliable, detail-oriented In-Home Care Cleaners to join our compassionate and dedicated team across NSW.
Role Overview:
As an In-Home Care Cleaner, you will play an important role in supporting our clients to live comfortably and safely in their own homes. This role involves providing high-quality domestic assistance and maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy living environment for those in your care.
Perform general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and wiping surfaces
Clean kitchens, including sinks, countertops, appliances, and floors
Clean bathrooms, including showers, toilets, sinks, and mirrors
Change bed linen and assist with laundry and ironing
Dispose of household waste and maintain general tidiness
Maintain a safe, hygienic, and organized environment
Follow client-specific cleaning schedules and preferences
Report any health or safety concerns to the appropriate team member
Treat all clients and their homes with dignity, respect, and confidentiality
Previous experience in domestic or commercial cleaning (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Respectful and professional attitude toward clients
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Current Police Check or willingness to obtain one
Reliable transport and a valid driver’s license (preferred)
Working rights in Australia
Understanding of infection control and hygiene practices
Familiarity with cleaning products and safe handling procedures
Ability to work with diverse clients including older individuals and people with disabilities
Basic knowledge of WHS (Work Health and Safety) requirements
Experience working in an aged care or community support environment
Ability to adapt to changing client needs and schedules
