What We’re Looking For

We're seeking compassionate support workers who are experienced in providing person-centred care, especially for individuals with complex needs. You bring:

• Minimum 6 months experience in Disability or Aged Care
• Calm, empathetic approach and strong professional boundaries
• Flexibility to accept a variety of shifts, including short notice
• Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or similar (highly regarded)

Where You’ll Work

We are actively filling shifts in:
Helensvale, Gaven, Labrador, Pimpama, Coomera, Ormeau – and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Need

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Completion of NDIS ‘Quality, Safety and You’ module
• Open QLD Driver’s Licence
• Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Smartphone with data
• Police clearance to work with vulnerable people
