We are currently expanding our team and looking for passionate and reliable Support Workers to assist our valued clients in the Pimpama and Coomera areas.

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll provide meaningful care and assistance to clients living with a disability, helping them maintain independence and achieve their goals in the comfort of their own homes and communities.

Duties may include:

  • Personal care and hygiene support
  • Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal prep)
  • Social support and companionship
  • Transport and community access

We offer a variety of casual shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. With increasing demand across the Gold Coast North, multiple shifts are available for immediate start.

What You Need
Mandatory:

  • Previous paid experience in disability, community, or mental health support
  • Current driver's licence and own vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Valid First Aid & CPR certification
  • Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and completion of the NDIS Orientation Module (or willingness to obtain)
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent

Desirable:

  • Ability to work a range of shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • A genuine passion for supporting people with disability
  • Strong communication and reliability
