We are currently seeking a Senior Care Manager / Registered Nurse to oversee our
home care operation in the Liverpool area. Our services include aged and disability care,
transitional care and hospital in the home care. Right at Home is a leading home care
provider in Australia. This role is a casual / permanent part time position reporting to the
Liverpool Office Manager of Right at Home (Australia).

Best suited to the position are nurses who are enthusiastic and passionate about
providing a caring, respectful and high-quality service. Our priority is to help our clients
live empowered and independently at home. Our mission is to improve the quality of life
for those we serve. This position would suit individuals who have the flexibility and
passion to grow with us as new clients continually come on board.

Duties include:
• Care Assessments
• Care Planning and Case Management
• Carer recruitment and training
• Operational management
• Quality assurance
• Clinical client care, interaction and consultation
• Initially the role will have some business development responsibilities, but this will
reduce over time

• It is also essential to have good judgment, quick decision-making and excellent
staff management skills
• A good communicator
• Have an excellent understanding of education and accreditation standards,

• Current National Police Clearance
• A valid Australian Drivers Licence
• A reliable, roadworthy and presentable motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• AHPRA-Nurse Registration and professional indemnity insurance
