Location: Bicton, WA (with flexibility in the South-of-the-River region for other Right at Home Perth South clients)

Availability Required: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM (additional shifts available with other clients)

Right at Home Perth South is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Worker to provide exceptional in-home care for our clients, including a primary client in Bicton. Your Role & Responsibilities

Personal Care: Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.

Mobility Support: Safe transfers, walking assistance, and positioning.

Medication Assistance: Prompting and monitoring as required.

Companionship: Engaging in meaningful activities and emotional support.

Transport: Accompanying clients to appointments and social outings (C-Class license & own vehicle essential).

Household Tasks: Light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry.

Documentation: Accurate record-keeping and reporting changes in client conditions.

Current:

• Certificate III/IV in Individual Support (Aged Care, Disability, or Community Care).
• National Police Clearance
• First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Working With Children Check
• Manual Handling Certificate
• NDIS Worker Screening + Orientation Module
• COVID-19 + Flu Vaccinations
• Full driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle
• Availability for 20+ hours per week (must include Mon–Fri, 7 AM–7 PM for Bicton client).
• Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude.

• Experience with complex care needs.
• Medication assistance qualification (or willingness to obtain).
• Local knowledge of Perth’s southern suburbs.
• Ability to work sleepover or night shifts (optional).
