The Role
We are seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our growing team. You will support clients to live safely and comfortably at home by providing:

• Personal care – showering, dressing, grooming, toileting

• Domestic assistance – light cleaning, meal preparation, laundry

• Community access – shopping, social outings, appointments

• Medication prompts and wellness monitoring

• Companionship and emotional support

About You

• Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support / Aged Care / Disability or equivalent experience

• Current First Aid & CPR certificate

• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (with insurance)

• Police Check (and Working With Children Check if required)

• Strong communication skills and a warm, respectful approach
