What We’re Looking For

• Experienced in High Care
  Confident in supporting clients with complex needs, including manual handling, hoisting, and transfers.
• Qualified
  Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent), valid First Aid & CPR certificates, and a current National Police Check.
• Additional Requirements
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• NDIS Worker Screening Card & Blue Card
• Right to Work in Australia
  (Nursing and Paramedicine students are encouraged to apply!)
• Compassionate & Reliable
  You approach care with empathy, professionalism, and dedication.

Your Role

• Personal Care & ADLs
  Support with hygiene, mobility, and daily living needs.
• Community Engagement
  Assist clients with outings, appointments, and social connections.
• Home Support
  Light domestic assistance such as cleaning and meal prep.
• Companionship
  Build meaningful relationships and emotional support with clients.
