We support people living with Alzheimer’s, dementia and cognitive decline, disabilities, post-operative care needs and older Australians. Our services include, aged and disability care, transitional care, hospital in the home and palliative care.  

We are seeking experienced Companion Carers/Personal Care Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high-quality service. Clients and caregivers are matched based on skill level, personality traits and preferences to support long-term relationships.

As typical in the role of in-home aged care support, you will be assisting with:

- Personal care (Cert qualified applicants)
- Domestic assistance
- Transportation
- Medication prompting
and other activities of daily living

Qualifications

  • Certificate III in Aged Care AND or Individual care
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police check
  • Current first aid and CPR certificate
  • Smart mobile phone
  • Driver’s licence and their own car (full comprehensive insurance)
  • COVID-19 Vaccinations
