• Attractive hourly rates between $31 - $62 per hour based on penalty rates.

The Role of Companion Carer

We are looking for experienced Companion Carer who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful, and high-quality service in Aged Care and Disability Support. Our priority is to help our clients living empowered and independently at home and improving their social lives, making them feel like they belong and are part of society. Companion carer must be willing but not limited to:

• Home maker Services.

• Providing domestic care with person centered approach.
• Prepare meals for clients.
• Light housekeeping services
• Home activities; help with letter and reading mail /playing card and board game

• Transport and outdoor activities; taking clients to appointments and shopping, or any other social activity.

• Experience in Companion Care
• Satisfactory Australian National Police Check
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Current Working with Children Check
• NDIS Worker Check or willing to obtain. 
• Smart Mobile Phone.
• Valid Australian Driver’s License and access to reliable vehicle
• Be fully vaccinated for COVID-19

• Excellent written and verbal skills as you will have to communicate with clients and our team.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• High level of time management and organisational ability
