Right at Home Sydney The hills have several opportunities available for Community Support Workers within our rapidly growing home care organization.

Right at Home provides various in-home care services (to eligible clients) including, but not limited to, personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparations, social support, transport, respite care and community access.

Right at Home Sydney the Hills has established an extensive client base developed through our ability to cater for all clients, our ability to provide an individualized approach to in-home care, and also through our reputation.

The Companion Care Worker position involves social support, client transport, domestic assistance and meal preparation shifts. The position does not include any personal care duties.

We offer services from Monday - Sunday anytime making us leading 24/7 Service Provider. As such - these positions are best suited to candidates with flexible availability from Monday - Sunday and preferably with ability to cover shifts starting from 6.30am or shifts finishing up to 8.00pm.

To maintain continuity for our clients, we do ask for 2 weeks' notice for any change of availability, and candidates must meet below requirements regarding qualifications and compliance documentation.

• Ability to provide domestic care, transportation to shopping and Doctors appointment. 
• A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• High level of time management and organizational ability
• Willingness to participate in further education opportunities.
• Experience in looking after elderly people.

You must have the following Documentation:

1. Valid Police Check-Within last 6 months
2. Current CPR And First Aid Certificate
3. Australian Driving License
4. Working With Children Check
5. Own Vehicle with Car Rego and Comprehensive Car Insurance. 
6. Valid Working rights in Australia.
