This week, Right at Home, Australia’s trusted homecare provider, acknowledges National Reconciliation Week (NRW) 2020.
Held from May 27 to June 3, NRW commemorates two milestones in Australia’s reconciliation journey, the 1967 Referendum acknowledging Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and the High Court Mabo decision. This year’s NRW theme is “In This Together”. Marking 20 years of operations, Reconciliation Australia, the leading body for reconciliation in Australia, said that “Reconciliation is a journey for all Australians – as individuals, families, communities, organisations and importantly as a nation”.
