"I am very excited to talk about changes taking place in our industry. There are enormous opportunities to increase the quality of care for our older Australians and the same time save care delivery costs. The starting point is to give families what they are asking for -tailored services focused on the person," Daryl Sahli said.

The speaking topis is Procurement of In-Home services for Age Care Clients.

  • Insourcing/outsourcing home care services options
  • Contract management challenges
  • Procurement services for supported accommodation; Personal care; Respite support; Skills training to develop independent living skills in and around the home; and Community access
  • Managing Choice under Consumer Directed Care (CDC)

"The provision of care services in Australia have been turned on their head with recent Government reform in the residential aged care and home care sectors," Daryl Sahli said.
