We have a great opportunity on offer for a motivated entry level Talent Acquisition Advisor to be a part of our dedicated team that has developed a reputation for delivering quality care.

You will be working closely with our Human Resources Coordinator to provide support in the recruitment and onboarding of our care staff. You will be responsible for providing our candidates with a memorable experience whilst working in a fast-paced environment. 

This is an exciting opportunity to work with an enthusiastic Team of experienced professionals who will assist and provide support in daily management of our Client base and respective Care workers. You will be based in our independently run boutique office located in the Bundall Business District on the Gold Coast.

Responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:

  • Support to recruitment for all nursing and care professionals. 
  • Recruitment tasks not limited to writing and refreshing job ads, screening potential candidates, interview coordination, reference checking, providing support to orientation/onboarding newly hired care staff, preparing employment related compliance.
  • Ensure an efficient onboarding process.
  • Work closely with fellow colleagues concerning various employment demands.
  • Implement candidate sourcing strategies to recruit quality candidates.
  • Encourage a positive work environment and culture for all employees.

  • Have strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced technical and administrative aptitude.
  • Be an enthusiastic self-motivated individual with a high level of commitment, integrity, honesty and trustworthiness.
  • Be an effective listener with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Be someone who is effectively able to multitask, prioritise, delegate and time manage accordingly.
  • Have the ability to quickly adapt, and effectively manage challenges professionally as needs arise. 
  • Work cooperatively and respectfully within an inclusive team environment.
  • High level of computer skills including Microsoft Office 365.
