This role will report to the Care Manager of Right at Home Kalgoorlie Wheatbelt.

Certificate lll in Aged/Disability or Community care is required.

The successful applicant must be willing to travel distances when required and be available to work various hours.

To be successful in this role you will have:

* Experience in community Aged Care

* Certificate lll / lV in Home and Community Care  ( or similar )

* Willingness to travel distance

* A roadworthy and registere and vehicle and current C class drivers licence

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Flexibility to work various shifts

* The ability to demonstrate empathy with elderly residents

* The ability, and commitment, to uphold high standards of work
