This role is a part-time that could lead to full-time management position reporting to the Managing Director.  The job would involve coordinating and allocating your care team and ensuring that client needs are met.  You will also be responsible for assessment of HCP and private clients.

• AHPRA - Nurse Registration
• Current NSW Driver's License and own car
• First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Police Check

• Endorsed Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse with experience in Aged Care
• Sound understanding of the principles of My Aged Care, Aged Care Reforms and Consumer Directed Care
• Comprehensive Assessment and Case Management experience
• Experience in provision of care and services to people from culturally & linguistically diverse backgrounds Sydney Eastern Suburbs, City and Inner City area
• Commitment to work within Right At Home Mission, Vision and Values
• Capacity to take initiative and to be innovative
• Highly developed organisational, administrative and financial management skills with proven ability to determine priorities, coordinate activities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral and strong compjter literacy with Microsoft and data base applications
• Current NSW Driver's License
• Must have a car
