We are currently seeking a Customer Relationship Officer to focus on developing and enhancing client experiences.

You will make a Meaningful Impact and be a key point of contact for clients, handling each interaction with empathy, consistency, and professionalism. Your care and attention will directly shape each client’s experience and well-being.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or aged care sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for helping others and enhancing the lives of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their families, providing information about services, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve client issues or complaints effectively and efficiently, escalating matters as necessary.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to assess their needs and ensure their care plans are being met.
  • Documentation: Accurately record client interactions, updates, and feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with care staff and management to ensure seamless service delivery and a holistic approach to client care.
  • Community Engagement: Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote Right at Home’s services and increase awareness of in-home care options.
