Description

We are currently recruiting for a  Registered Nurse - Casual Employment preferably lives in the city or willing to relocate. Our service include, aged and disability care, transitional care, post-operative care and palliative care. Right at Home is a leading home care provider in the USA and is now launching its operations in Australia.

This role is casual employment position reporting to the Care Manager/Managing Director. The job would involve coordinating and allocating your care team and ensuring that client needs are met. You will also be responsible for assessment of HCP and private clients.

Qualifications
  • AHPRA - Nurse Registration
  • Current QLD Driver's Licence
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate - current
  • Blue Card/Yellow Card
  • Police Check (valid within the last 3 years), or willingness to obtain.
Preferred Skills
  • Sound understanding of the principles of My Aged Care, Aged Care Reforms, Consumer Directed Care
  • Comprehensive Assessment and Case Management experience
  • Experience in provision of care and services to people from culturally & linguistically diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent networking, consultation skills to develop new referral sources and relationships with appropriate external organisations
  • Commitment to work within RAH Mission, Vision and Values.
  • Capacity to take initiative and to be innovative
  • Highly developed organisational, administrative and financial management skills with proven ability to determine priorities, coordinate activities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral and strong computer literacy with Microsoft and data base applications
