Description

Provide Skill nursing services in Community, Aged, Disability, Transitional & Palliative Care and Hospital in the Home.

If you are an experienced & qualified RN who has 3+ years of experience in community nursing we would like to speak to you.

This Registered Nurse position is on a casual basis with work at clients home.

Our staff are important to us and will work under the supervision and with support of a care manager according to their scope of practice as defined by the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Board.

We are particularly seeking individuals with IV and Vac Dressing wound experience, but not essential as training will be provided. Desirable Community nursing experience .

Qualifications
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Professional Indemity Insurance
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police check
  • Working With Childern's Check
  • Current First aid and CPR certificate
  • A smart mobile phone to able to access roster
  • Driver's licence and reliable presentable car
Preferred Skills
  • A passion for aged care and the ability to work effectively with people from differing cultural backgrounds;
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse 
  • At least 1 year of  experience working within the aged care sector
  • Clinical knowledge within Health Care, Aged Care, Home Care Programs and/or a Community Care environment;
  • Experience with administering medication
  • Proficiency and confidence in using technology daily;
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence and your own comprehensively insured vehicle.
