Experienced Scheduler / Roster Clerk


Description

Experience Scheduler / Roster Clerk required for a busy in-home Aged and Disability care Provider. Preferably experienced in the use of online rostering systems and industry specific Awards and Legislation (SCHADS Award). Additional training will be provided.

 

Duties:

  • Schedule Client home and transportation visits and work with key teams to ensure that the schedule meets the Clients' clinical and personal requirements, whilst complying with Legislation and Industry Award.
  • Ensure Clients are matched with appropriate staff who meet their needs, requests and are skilled, competent and confident to deliver the services as required or requested.
  • Developing and maintaining master rosters, liaising with Contractors and Client Coordinators to make sure Clients’ needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Townsville and surrounding district is preferred.
  • Previous experience in scheduling or rostering role
  • Knowledge within the Aged Care and/or Disability Industry preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, time management and ability to work in a very fast paced environment and a thorough understanding of team work
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Must be passionate about supporting our Client Base with patience and empathy.
  • Experience in office administration including advanced computer skills

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
