This role will report to the Care Manager of Right at Home Kalgoorlie.


To be considered for the position of Community Companion Carer, the below requirements are essential:

  • Ability to provide companionship and domestic care
  • A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Be reliable and punctual.
  • Have a current or willing to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 3 months) 
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • High level of time management and organisational ability
  • Willingness to participate in further education opportunities
  • Comprehensive Car Insurance
  • Hold a smart mobile phone.
