Right at Home Townsville has new opportunities available for dedicated Companion Care Workers to join our team within our rapidly growing organisation in Townsville, Charters Towers and Ayr.

Right at Home provides various in-home care services including, but not limited to, personal care, domestic assistance, medication assistance, meal preparations, social support, transport, respite care and community access.

Right at Home has established an extensive client base developed through our ability to cater for all clients, our ability to provide an individualised approach to in-home care, and also through our positive reputation in the community.

We offer services from Monday - Sunday anytime making us the region’s leading 24/7 Service Provider. For this reason - the position is best suited to candidates with flexible availability to cover a 7 day business. Preferably with the ability to cover shifts starting from 6.00 am or shifts finishing up to 10.00 pm.

We also provide overnight support as required, and are looking for staff who have the flexibility to cover occasional overnight shifts.

Requirements:

• A ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to demonstrate initiative.
• Passion for caring for others and contributing to improving the quality of life for those we serve.
• Australian National Police check (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Smart mobile phone
• Driver's Licence and reliable registered vehicle (with Comprehensive Insurance)
• Full Covid-19 vaccination status

• Current Basic Life Support (CPR) and First Aid Certificate must be maintained.
